Religious Education: Kindergarten thru 5th Grade Beginning in September, 2021, an online program will be available for parents to use with their children.
Classes run through April, 2022. Wednesday afternoons, from 4:30 until 5:30 after school, at Corpus Christi.
Relax & Snack: 4:00-4:25pm Children can enjoy a snack with friends before going to religion class.

Sacramental Preparation
First Reconciliation:
This is for children 3rd grade and older who are registered parishioners and currently attending Corpus Christi's Religious Education program. The sacramental preparation consists of two classes and one retreat. Homework assignments for each class and the retreat require parental involvement.
Both parents and children are expected to attend and participate. Classes begin in October, 2021. Please consult the calendar (available on this page) for exact dates.
First Communion -
Before receiving First Communion your child must have already received the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

Corpus Christi celebrates First Communion on the first weekend in May at the 4:30 p.m. Saturday Vigil Mass and the 9:45 a.m. Sunday Mass.

Sunday Liturgy of the Word for Children (LWC)
This is for children, from pre-k (age 4) through 5th grade. After the opening prayer, the Celebrant invites the children and catechists to go to their own place of worship for a special Liturgy of the Word. Children return in time rejoin their families for the Liturgy of the Eucharist. This is not offered on the weekends of Christmas and New Year's, nor on Palm Sunday, Easter, and 1st Communion Sunday.
