Religious Education Program for Parents and Children
There is a way for your children to learn more about the Catholic faith even if you can’t bring them to religion class.
Corpus Christi Children’s Ministry will be offering materials and guidance for parents/grandparents who want their children to learn about the Catholic faith.
The program “Growing Up Catholic,” gives adults a starting point as well as guidance on how to teach their children about the many parts of our faith such as liturgy, scripture, sacraments, and prayer.
Families will be given materials for four weeks of instruction.
At the end of the 4 weeks, we will host a Zoom meeting for the parents to connect, ask question, and discuss their experiences. The process will repeat for the following month.
Keep your child involved through Children’s Church and Origami
Every Wednesday at 5:15, the children and youth are invited to participate in fun online activities such as origami, Lego challenges, and magic.
Every Sunday at 11:00, the youth group holds Children’s Church where the kids can hear the readings, play games, and compete in a Kahoot game. This is an engaging way to teach your children about the liturgy and about our faith. (Please note: This is the typical schedule and offerings so please check the Home page for current activities).
